We offer quick & easy delivery to your home or office, or collection, across South Africa. Delivery options will be presented to you at checkout. You can find the estimated delivery time on the product page of each item*.

Click & Collect offers the option to collect your order instead of having it delivered (making it ideal for the times when you are away from home!). You can select from one of 424 PostNet Stores nationwide.

Standard delivery/ collection timelines:

Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town & Durban): 1-3 working days of the order being shipped

Regional or outlying areas: Within 5 working days of the order being shipped

For a limited time, we are offering free delivery and Click & Collect for orders over R650. For orders under R650, a R69 delivery fee will be added.

*Delivery dates are calculated from the time we receive your payment. Delivery/collection date is based on delivery address, location of stock, and availability with our logistics team or couriers.

Here is a summary of the order and delivery process:

Step 3: Once dispatched, we'll send your tracking number

Step 4: And then boom! It gets delivered

For Click & Collect, an SMS will be received once your order is ready for collection. This SMS, along with a valid ID or Driver's licence in the same name as the order, is required to collect the order. Orders not collected within 5 working days will be returned and refunded. Once you confirm your PostNet store preference at Checkout the delivery address cannot be changed.

AWAITING PAYMENT
Please upload Proof of Payment to the website to secure the order.

PAYMENT RECEIVED
We have received payment and your order is now secure. We are now waiting for the stock to arrive for your order.

PROCESSING ORDER
The items have arrived in the warehouse and are ready to be packed.

SHIPPED
The items have been collected by our couriers and are on their way to you.

DELIVERED
Yay! Enjoy your new fashion.

FAST SHIPPING will only apply to orders that have been paid via credit card.

Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order (Weekdays).

This will only apply to events that have been marked with the FAST SHIPPING badge.

Delivery via our courier can then take up to 5 days to reach you. Please also note that certain more remote areas are also only serviced on certain days.

We cannot guarantee delivery on your purchase before Christmas.

The normal delivery fee applies!

Your address can be updated for any order while the order is still in a Payment Received status.

Unfortunately, no address changes can be made once your order has been shipped.
